Rock Rose is for calm in the face of terror, Mimulus is for quiet courage in the face of fear, White Chestnut is for peace of mind in the face of worried or repeated thoughts, Larch is for confidence and Vervain is to unwind and relax when high strung. Ingredients also include filtered water and vegetable glycerin as a preservative. Take 4 drops by mouth every 15 minutes as needed.
